Our Founder
Randy Shepheard is a born and raised Middletown, Delaware native — a proud Appoquinimink High School graduate who has spent his entire life rooted in this community. After earning a business degree from the University of Delaware, Randy took a path that would give him a uniquely well-rounded perspective on the home services industry and what Delaware homeowners truly need.
Randy's career began in the restaurant industry, where he learned firsthand what it means to deliver genuine hospitality — that every interaction is an opportunity to leave someone better than you found them. That people-first mindset never left him.
He went on to build a successful career in real estate with Patterson Schwartz Real Estate, one of Delaware's most respected firms. Working as a realtor gave Randy an intimate understanding of what a home means to a family — not just as a structure, but as an investment, a sanctuary, and a legacy. He saw firsthand how roof condition could make or break a transaction, and how homeowners were often left confused or taken advantage of when it came to exterior repairs.
Randy then spent several years working for roofing and exterior construction companies, learning the craft from the ground up — literally. He studied materials, installation methods, insurance restoration processes, and what separates a company that truly delivers from one that just collects a check.
That experience gave him one clear conclusion: Delaware homeowners deserved better. A company that combines real craftsmanship with honest communication, fair pricing, and the kind of customer service that actually makes people feel taken care of. So he built it.
